PIXLIP EXPO - Connecting two Lightbox frames
Quick overview
Two PIXLIP EXPO Lightbox frames can be connected quickly, securely, and practically without additional tools. The result is a stable, flush connection, ideal for larger trade show booths and modular presentation systems.
Contents and preparation
Before you start, arrange all the parts neatly. What you need:
- The two EXPO Lightbox frames
- The PIXLIP wrench
- The supplied screws and nuts
Step-by-step assembly
-
Aligning the frames
Slide the two Lightboxes together side by side so that the outer side profiles are flush against each other. Make sure that the system holes at the top and bottom are exactly aligned.
-
Guide the screw through the system hole
Insert the first screw through the system hole of the first Lightbox and secure it with the matching nut from the opposite side. Tighten it only finger-tight at first.
-
Secure the upper hole as well
Repeat the same process at the upper hole. Do not tighten fully yet; first check that everything is seated properly and nothing is misaligned.
-
Tighten securely
Tighten the screws evenly with the PIX wrench until the connection is stable and secure. Then briefly check again that the frame parts are flush.
