PIXLIP FLOOR – the modular exhibition floor with a click-together system

PIXLIP FLOOR is a modular exhibition floor that you can install without tools. EPP plastic floor panels measuring 50 × 50 cm connect with joiners, aluminum edge rails with an 8-mm carpet edge neatly finish the floor, and power and data cables run hidden beneath it.

One exhibition floor system instead of three separate trades

With PIXLIP FLOOR, the floor structure, carpet edge, and cable routing are all part of one system. Instead of building a wooden platform, laying carpet, and using cable ramps, you install a single floor—and take it with you after the trade show.

The 5-m² set

One set includes 20 floor panels (50 × 50 × 2.45 cm), 40 joiners, a profile set with seven aluminum edge rails, and a carry bag. Everything is delivered in one package measuring 60 × 106 × 30 cm and weighing 15.5 kg. The profile set is designed for corner booths, which are open on three sides. Contact us in advance for corner or inline booths. Carpet is not included.

Fire safety and comfort

PIXLIP FLOOR is classified as fire class Bfl-s1 under EN 13501-1: flame-retardant with low smoke emissions. You can find the test report under Downloads. The EPP panels also improve impact sound insulation by ΔLw 28 dB (GB/T 19889.8).

As a modular exhibition floor system, PIXLIP FLOOR complements trade show booths made with GO lightboxes or EXPO lightboxes and can be reused for many applications.

PIXLIP FLOOR is a modular flooring system for trade show and event spaces. The panels connect without tools to create a level, durable surface that adapts flexibly to any booth size.

The 5 m² set is delivered complete in a carrying bag and contains all the components needed for immediate use. Edge rails with integrated carpeting create clean finishes, while the integrated cable management routes power and data cables invisibly through the system. The B1 certification meets the fire safety requirements of major exhibition halls.

PIXLIP FLOOR is reusable multiple times and reduces setup time, transport, and storage requirements compared with conventional wooden constructions.

Note: The current set is configured for peninsula booths (booth spaces open on three sides).

Was ist PIXLIP FLOOR?

PIXLIP FLOOR ist ein modularer Messeboden im Stecksystem. Bodenplatten aus EPP-Kunststoff im Format 50 × 50 cm werden mit Verbindern zusammengesteckt, Aluminium-Randschienen mit 8-mm-Teppichkante schließen die Fläche ab. Ein Set deckt 5 m² ab und wird in einer Tragetasche geliefert.

Wie wird der Messeboden verlegt?

Die Bodenplatten werden mit den Verbindern werkzeuglos zusammengesteckt, anschließend setzt Du die Aluminium-Randschienen. Werkzeug oder Vorkenntnisse brauchst Du dafür nicht.

Ist PIXLIP FLOOR ein Messeboden mit Klicksystem?

PIXLIP FLOOR arbeitet mit einem Stecksystem: Die Bodenplatten werden über Verbinder aus ABS-Kunststoff miteinander verbunden – im 5-m²-Set sind 40 Verbinder enthalten. Werkzeug brauchst Du dafür nicht.

Wie verlege ich Kabel im Messeboden?

Bei PIXLIP FLOOR ist die Kabelführung Teil des Systems: Strom- und Datenkabel verlaufen verdeckt im Boden und sind unter dem Teppich nicht sichtbar. Kabelbrücken auf der Standfläche brauchst Du nicht.

Welcher Teppich passt auf PIXLIP FLOOR?

Die Aluminium-Randschienen von PIXLIP FLOOR sind auf eine Teppichkante von 8 mm ausgelegt. Den Teppich wählst Du passend zu Deinem Stand selbst, er ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten.

Für welche Standformen eignet sich das Messeboden-Set?

Das Profil-Set des 5-m²-Sets ist für Kopfstände ausgelegt, also für dreiseitig offene Standflächen. Für Eck- oder Reihenstände sprich vorab mit unserem Kundenservice, damit Randschienen und Teppichkanten zu Deiner Standform passen.

Ist der Messeboden PIXLIP FLOOR schwer entflammbar?

Ja. PIXLIP FLOOR ist nach EN 13501-1 in die Brandklasse Bfl-s1 eingestuft: schwer entflammbar mit geringer Rauchentwicklung. Den Prüfbericht findest Du auf dieser Seite unter Downloads.

Ist PIXLIP FLOOR ein PVC-Messeboden?

Nein. Die Bodenplatten von PIXLIP FLOOR bestehen aus EPP-Kunststoff (expandiertes Polypropylen), die Randschienen aus Aluminium und die Verbinder aus ABS-Kunststoff.

Dämpft PIXLIP FLOOR den Trittschall?

Ja. Die EPP-Bodenplatten verbessern den Trittschall um ΔLw 28 dB (gemessen nach GB/T 19889.8). Das macht die Standfläche angenehmer für Besucher und Standpersonal.
