Refund policy
There is no right of withdrawal if you are acting as a business customer within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and conclude the contract as part of your commercial or self-employed professional activity.
This also applies to distance contracts for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to individual requirements.
