Frequently Asked Questions – FLAT Lightbox

Assembly, control, and accessories – here you’ll find answers about the PIXLIP FLAT Lightbox.

What depth is the FLAT profile?

The FLAT profile has a depth of 60mm

Where is the cable outlet on the FLAT Lightbox?

Because the FLAT lightbox leaves a small gap between its back and the wall, the power cable can exit on any side.

When is a FLAT lightbox shared, and can I determine where?

This cannot be answered in general, as it depends on the measurements. For example, a FLAT Lightbox measuring 2000 mm x 2000 mm would be divided once in the middle, resulting in two components measuring 1000 mm x 2000 mm. This is necessary for transport and assembly. However, the division is not noticeable after assembly. Divisions are always made in the middle of the element and therefore cannot be specified at a particular millimeter mark. However, you can specify the number of divisions. If you want a FLAT Lightbox measuring 2000 mm x 2000 mm to be divided four times, you would have four components measuring 1000 mm x 1000 mm.

How will my FLAT Lightbox be delivered?

Usually via a standard parcel carrier. Depending on the quantity and size, pallet shipping or freight forwarding (direct delivery) may be necessary.

Are screws and wall plugs included with the FLAT Lightbox?

Since we cannot know which surface the FLAT Lightbox will be mounted on, the choice of screws and wall plugs is left to the customer.

Can the textile graphics of the FLAT Lightbox be easily changed?

Yes. The fabric graphic with silicone edging enables quick and easy graphic changes. This allows campaigns, seasonal content, or brand messages to be switched flexibly.

Why showcase my designs backlit with the FLAT LIGHTBOX?

With the FLAT lightbox, you can bring your brand and product out of the shadows and into the light. The backlit graphic creates an unforgettable impression.

Can I dim my FLAT lightbox too?

Yes, of course! It can be controlled via the “Tuya” app, our FLAT remote control, or a FLAT wall switch.

What sets the PIXLIP FLAT LIGHTBOX apart from all other backlit advertising displays?

Innovation through a sustainable system produced in Germany. Flexibility through quick motif changes. Maximum attention through uniform illumination with a dimming function. Plus easy installation that anyone can manage effortlessly.
