Fragen zu Ersatzteilen & Erweiterungen für Ihr GO System
Is this accessory compatible with our existing PIXLIP exhibition stand?
The accessories offered here have been specially developed for the PIXLIP GO system and are therefore directly compatible with all GO-based exhibition stands. The components generally do not fit other PIXLIP systems such as POP, FLAT, or EXPO on a one-to-one basis, as these are based on different profile and connection standards. If you are unsure which system the accessories belong to, check the product data sheets for your existing stand or contact customer service briefly.
Can we expand or modify our existing display using the accessories, for example into a counter?
Yes, the GO system is designed for subsequent expansion: With retrofit kits such as the GO Counter S or GO Counter L, an existing stand can be supplemented with a counter without having to purchase the entire setup again. Additional profiles, connectors, and brace extensions make it possible to enlarge the stand area modularly. This allows the display to grow with your requirements instead of requiring a completely new investment every time something changes.
Are replacement parts available if individual components are damaged or lost?
Yes, key wear and connection components such as connectors, braces, base plates, cables, and end caps can be reordered individually, allowing a damaged stand to be repaired precisely without having to purchase the entire set again. This reduces downtime before a trade show and saves money compared with replacing the complete set.
Are there minimum order quantities for accessories?
Most individual parts have no minimum order quantity; however, some small parts are sold in packaging units containing multiple pieces—for example, cable fixing sets or brochure holder sets with a packaging unit of 10 pieces. The respective packaging unit is stated directly in the product name and on the product page, making it easy to calculate the quantity actually needed in advance.
Can we test the print quality before placing a larger order?
Yes, PIXLIP offers sample boxes such as the GO Lightbox Sample 40×25, as well as individual sample prints (Print Light SUB/UV), allowing you to check the material and print quality at full size in advance. This reduces the risk of incorrect orders for larger, custom-printed graphic surfaces and provides peace of mind before approving the final corporate design.
Can the system also be used internationally or with other electrical standards?
Yes: The PIXLIP GO system is electronically designed for different power grids, including 230 V and 110 V. Suitable device plugs for various national standards are available as separate accessories, supplemented by external power supplies and electronics kits. This allows the same trade fair stand to be used at events in different countries with varying power standards.
