UV Printing

The UV printing process uses UV-reactive ink, which is cured immediately after application by UV lamps. A color layer forms on the textile surface, without the ink penetrating into the medium. The result is a brilliant, satin-finish print. Since UV ink does not require thinners or solvents, it is considered comparatively environmentally friendly. Prints can be stored rolled up.

Key facts

The high-quality, extremely lightfast polyester fabrics are flame-retardant according to DIN B1. With proven silicone edging technology, textiles can be easily replaced in the frame at any time. This allows temporary marketing campaigns to be carried out regularly. All textiles are compatible with all PIXLIP LED frames.

Storage

Both printed and unprinted textiles are best stored rolled on a cardboard tube. To extend print durability, the printed side should face inward. It is also recommended to roll in a separating material, such as a film. Here you can find more details on the care, cleaning, and storage of our textiles.
