Do you need a PIXLIP FLAT remote control to dim a PIXLIP FLAT?

No, PIXLIP FLAT lightboxes can also be controlled via smartphone, a smart home system, or our PIXLIP FLAT wall switch.

Is the setup easy?

Setup is incredibly easy. To connect a remote control to a Lightbox, simply disconnect the Lightbox from the power supply for 10 seconds, then switch it back on. Immediately press the On button for the zone to which you want to assign the Lightbox five times. The Lightbox is now connected to your remote control.

Can multiple remote controls operate one Lightbox?

Yes, our PIXLIP FLAT lightboxes can be controlled simultaneously by multiple remote controls, wall switches, and smartphones.

Can multiple lightboxes be controlled with one remote control?

Any number of PIXLIP FLAT lightboxes can be controlled with a single remote control. The zone control with four defined zones also allows the lightboxes to be divided into up to four groups and controlled separately with the same remote control.
