Large PIXLIP EXPO lightboxes can be subjected to high loads due to compressive stress and their own weight. In order to prevent the profile from sagging, which would result in less pressure, we recommend mounting a brace to stabilise the profile from a running length of 2 metres.

Mounting a strut has never been so easy. Instead of a complicated screw connection, all you have to do is push the strut into the appropriate groove and turn it 90°. And your strut is already securely in place. Our strut is made of aluminium and glass-fibre reinforced ABS, which guarantees a TÜV-certified tensile load of up to 360kg despite the quick assembly.

Our PIXLIP GO strut is equipped with two system grooves each. This means that several struts can be connected to each other in the same way as with one profile. This means that even complex struts, such as a cross brace or a T-brace, are child's play and can be completed in just a few minutes.

Is the strut stable enough, despite the plastic parts?

Our PIXLIP EXPO strut has been designed to be quickly mounted and yet to withstand even high loads. We have a TÜV-certified tensile load of up to 360kg and a pressure load that is many times higher. This means that our struts can even be used with large lightboxes without any problems.

Can the new strut also be used with my existing EXPO Lightbox?

The PIXLIP EXPO strut is also compatible with older EXPO Lightboxes, which were delivered with our old strut design.
