With the help of the PIXLIP EXPO corner connector, two profiles can be connected to each other crosswise. This makes the corner connector one of the main components of our PIXLIP EXPO lightboxes, along with the profile, strut and LED. The corner connectors can simply be pushed into the profile and tightened by hand. No tools are necessary for this. If you still want to tighten the corner connectors, you can do so with our EXPO key.

Our corner connectors have been designed in such a way that profiles with system holes have a continuous recess from the outside to the inside of the frame. This makes it possible to connect several lightboxes with each other without any problems and even to realise an invisible cabling between two lightboxes.

Our EXPO LED modules can be installed in the EXPO profile completely without tools and within seconds. The module can not only be freely positioned in the frame, but is also by far the brightest module in our range. This means that our EXPO lightboxes can not only be completely customised in terms of size, but can also be configured in unprecedented sizes without having to forego our unrivalled illumination.

With the help of the PIXLIP EXPO longitudinal connector, two profiles can be joined together lengthwise. The connector is simply inserted into the grooves of the profiles and tightened with an Allen key. Our two variants allow you to connect both butt-cut and mitre-cut profiles.

What is the maximum length of the profiles?

The maximum length of our profiles is 6m. However, we strongly recommend a profile length of up to 3m. The main reasons are significantly higher shipping costs and much more difficult handling. With the help of our EXPO longitudinal connectors, several profiles can be made into one large profile, which is why you will not suffer any disadvantages by choosing several shorter profiles instead of one long profile.
