How can I upload the print data ?

You can send us the print data after the order, you will receive a link in the order confirmation.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time of the frame is 1-3 business days. The delivery time of the textile prints is 5-7 working days, after receiving the printing data.

Can the frames be connected together ?

Yes. A connector set is always supplied with each frame.

Is it possible to reorder spare parts ?

Spare parts can be requested by e-mail at info@pixlip.com

Can the frame be illuminated on both sides?

The frame can be illuminated on both sides. Through different textiles, however, it is possible to create a one-sided illumination. For this purpose, a print block is clamped on the back.
