As an entrepreneur in the sense of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and if you are acting in the exercise of your commercial or independent activity when concluding the contract, there is no right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the supply of goods that are specially made to customer specifications or tailored to personal needs.
